It would have been very useful if the video of the sample toolbox talk given in the lumberyard had shown the entire talk, not just a 10-second abbreviation. Hearing the presenter describing the proper use of ladders, and seeing the presenter demonstrating the actual correct use of ladders, and then hearing the attendees comments, questions and concerns... and how the presenter answered and dealt with their inquiries would have been helpful to me to see and hear. That's my suggestion for how to improve this course. Also the course took twice as long on the clock to complete than necessary.
