I have taken quite a few courses with your company, and they are some of the best. Although, I have to say that the use of AI to read off the information for the Safety Manager refresher makes it much harder to remember and understand it. There is no conversational quality to it, and it uses the wrong voice inflections for almost every sentence which is confusing.
