Good course, but there were "correct" answers that defy logic putting a test taker in a position where they are forced to simply guess because of poorly worded questions/answers. For instance on Question 21: How does "and a training card" prevent slipping?

Great information and covered all the bases. However, far too many redundant Fall Protection videos. This seemed more like a product infomercial for all of the suppliers out there. This was supposed to be only an 8Hr Fall Protection Course but actually took nearly 13 hours to play through all the redundant videos. I hope what I experienced was some form of a glitch. Also, I understand why we can't fast-forward through a video without watching it. But rewind/fast-forward should be possible for reviewing once watched. Customer service response was prompt, courteous and effective at resolving my questions.
