I had a very difficult time with this online class. On the 2 hr our class it 1st did not allow me to log on. Then after going through part of the class I had issues with the program, etc. On the 8 hr class, at the end of the class during the review it started me over again on parts. When I went to submit the test it would not allow me to submit. It said to answer all the questions. All the questions were answered. I check the answers six times to see if they were answered. I went to each question at that point, and one at a time re-answered them to see if that helped, which it did not. No matter what I did it would not allow me to submit the exam. I had no choose but to exit out of the class. When I re-entered, it started me over on module 8. I lost a lot of time. Finally the final exam came up again. It was a different test from the 1st time and I know that since I had to look at the 1st test so may times to try to get to work. This was very frustrating. When I went to check my answers, it seems like the questions from the 1st exam and 2nd exam were incorporated which makes no sense. Some answers were not even given. I basely had two hours to finish the course and end up spending around six hours of my own time. Not a happy camper.

This was very informative. Again like the previous modules the Actual Test did not contain questions that were on the Test Review thus they were not answered and the loss of point on the test. This needs to be corrected
